This chair is better than I had expected! The ability to customize the massage was really important to me and the A303 make it possible to target the areas that I need worked on n each day. I was skeptical about buying a message chair. After researching online about message chairs I decided on the A303SL and went for it. So glad I did. The chair is very good quality, looks good and performs great. The 6 preset modes are all great and give you variety in your massages. There are also 4 modes you can set manually to do almost whatever you want. Not to mention foot rollers that feel great and heat for your back and stereo speakers you can bluetooth to for music or relaxing sounds. Best purchase I’ve made in a long time. Love this chair. I did extensive research on all the chairs available. Their features and what my choices were with a budget under $2500. This gave me everything I desired but especially the SL Track, 3D, and a wide variery of programmed massages. I wish this had a hip airbag and my arms and legs were a little longer for the arm/leg/foot massage feature but I’m not complaining. This has a remote as well as armchair controls (and voice acti Arion which I don’t use and ha e easily disabled). On occasion the cat will turn the chair on by stepping on the arm control. I ordered my chair in the brown versus the black and it really looks nice. Customer service has been exceptional as I have sent a few emails and phones calls with questions and responses have been prompt.
