What is free shipping ?
Our free shipping is curbside delivery. The carrier will not take the massage chair into the house. This is our standard delivery method and included when you purchase any massage chair from us. We are currently only ship in the United States. We do not ship internationally outside of the States. In most areas, the shipping is free. For certain areas such as Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, freight is not free. Please contact us for a shipping quote. AVERAGE SHIPPING TIME: 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS* Because of Holiday Shipping and the Pandemic shipping times may extend 7-10 business days.

Most orders ship within 1-3 business days and take about 3-5 business days to deliver. Of course, this is our reference time, and the specific arrival depends on the local carrier.
White-Glove Delivery is delivery to your room of choice.Based on normal shipping, the carrier only ships and delivers the package, they won’t bring the massage chair inside the house. If you want the massage chair to bring to the house, there would be extra USD300 needed to pay for the white glove service. Please purchase it at our white glove buying link. It is an added delivery service which is NON-REFUNDABLE.
Yes. Once your order ship out, we’ll send you tracking information for your purchase. You can check the logistics information on the carrier website. Before delivery the carrier will call you to schedule a delivery time.
Please inspect your items upon delivery. In the rare occurrence that your order has damaged during shipment, don’t worry, our massage chairs have a 3-year warranty and we will do our best to solve your problem. You can always contact an alfine.org customer service team member for further information you need.
White Glove Delivery FAQ
- If you purchase additional white glove service when ordering a massage chair, we will make an appointment for white glove service in advance to provide this service in time after the massage chair delivery.
- If you order a massage chair and want to add on white glove delivery.
After the massage chair has shipped, there will be an additional charge applied. If you wish to cancel White Glove Delivery after your massage chair has shipped, there will be a re-routing charge applied.
